When our tour guides says; "You don't want to come all the way to Beijing and not see everything there is to see." she definitely made those words ring true. On Friday she gave us a full 10 hour tour (we even asked her to cancel the dinner and show plans because we were so exhausted.) On Saturday we boarded the bus at 8:00 a.m. and got home at 9:00 p.m. Our tour started at the jade factory, then we went to the Great Wall of China, had lunch at an authentic Chinese restaurant, saw the Olympic Village, peeked in a 7-star hotel (only in China?), had a foot and body massage and ended the day at the Peking Acrobats.
